Counselor to Management and Special Projects Consulting
Back to Main Page |
During my years as a chemical industry executive, I was noted for developing strong insights into employee behavior, and as an objective mentor for performance improvement.
In my consulting practice, I have worked with a number of managers, helping them to understand their current relationship with colleagues in their organization, assisting them in identifying specific areas for improvement, and then jointly developing a concrete action plan to address performance in these areas.
A standard engagement consists of initial consultation with management to review the issues affecting employee performance. From that point on, the engagement usually follows a well-developed program:
SPECIAL PROJECTS CONSULTING
Often, organizations need to employ objective, experienced outside assistance for discrete projects that arise from time to time.
These needs can be related to assessment of human resource policy and practice, engaging a referee for matters arising from court or administrative decree, validation of internal processes in sensitive areas, etc.
My background in business, coupled with my educational and dispute resolution expertise, lends itself to assisting your organization in any special matters that require independent, experienced judgment.
