I am honored to be on the Roster of Neutrals for the American Arbitration Association.
As a member of their Commercial Panel, I am eligible to serve as a sole Arbitrator (or member of a three-person arbitration panel) for alternative dispute resolution in the commercial sector.
The American Arbitration Association is the largest provider of alternative dispute resolution services, including both arbitration and mediation. The goal of the AAA is to provide prompt, effective and economical dispute resolution, using tested procedures, competent and efficient case management, and experienced arbitrators.
